The hostess was friendly and seated our large group quickly. The waitress was courteous and took our orders quickly. The food was slow coming out. The food temperature was good. The quantity was good. The food was not anything to tell my friends about. Everyone in the group who ordered steak got their steak well done regardless of how they asked for the steak to be cooked. I once had a chef tell me it was hard to cook a steak to order. I didn't look in the kitchen but maybe it was the same chef. I would not eat at Austin's again.

We enjoyed our visit, this was our first visit. The food was great and the service was outstanding. I would recommened it to anyone.

I have heard some very bad things about this place and to make it worse it seems as though this company Energy Savings is offering a free meal to people who they think they might be able to sucker into buying some insulation. According to a Florida paper your utilities bill will remain the same (or even higher) after installing their product. Not to mention the BBB was unable to substantiate any energy savings whatsoever. They said the insulation was not cost effective and warned said company to stop using the BBB of Florida. The company, in Dec. of 2006, signed an agreement to cease use of the BBB name. I know if I were the owner of Austin's I would not want my name tied to this organization.

Do not go eat at this place it was one of the worst steak place we have ever ate at, we ate a ribeye and my fork bent trying to cut it. First they cooked it well it was suppose to be med so I sent it back, the mamager brought it back out well i dont think that the cook new what med was because it was rare, I went ahead and ate because by this time my husaband was thru eating and I was very disapointed with the steak to be a ribeye it was a really tough one, the mamager never bothered to come back after the waitress asked how it was i told her what i thought we paid way to much for the food that was served to us
